Job Title Clinical Care Registered Nurse Location Kalamazoo, MI | Home Health Schedule / Job Type Contract | Full-Time | Days | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM | Onsite Key Responsibilities • Triage emergent situations and apply advanced nursing knowledge independently in complex clinical scenarios • Monitor acute and chronic medical conditions in coordination with Primary Care Providers (PCPs) • Utilize care plans independently to provide both clinic-based and home-based direct nursing care • Administer treatments, procedures, and medications as prescribed to participants • Conduct regular home visits to provide care and treatment as ordered by the PCP, including wound care, lab draws, nurse assessments, and other nursing tasks • Collaborate with licensed and non-licensed personnel to support participant care Required Qualifications • Associate's degree in Nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred • Active RN license — Nursing Diploma or Degree from an accredited School of Nursing or University • Minimum of one (1) year of experience working with frail, elderly, or long-term care populations • Current CPR certification by the American Heart Association (AHA), or willingness and ability to obtain upon hire • Must possess a current, valid Michigan driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance • Must be fully vaccinated, or willing to be fully vaccinated, against Influenza, MMR, Varicella, Tdap/Td, COVID-19, and Hepatitis B Preferred Experience / Skills • Minimum of one (1) year of home care experience • Minimum of one (1) year of wound care experience Why Join Us • Opportunity to work independently in an advanced clinical nursing role serving a meaningful patient population • Collaborative work environment that values compassion, integrity, teamwork, and excellence
