Job Title Registered Nurse – Telemetry Location Glenview, IL Schedule / Job Type Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift, 12-Hour Shifts | Every Other Weekend Required | Holidays As Needed Key Responsibilities • Provide direct patient care on a cardiovascular med/surg unit with a full patient ratio • Monitor and interpret telemetry and EKG readings for cardiovascular patients • Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions in accordance with care plans • Float to other units within the facility in an RN capacity as needed, assuming a full patient assignment • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes Required Qualifications • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification • Must pass facility EKG competency test prior to start • Minimum of 2 years of RN experience, with a focus on cardiovascular nursing • Ability to float to any unit in an RN capacity and manage a full patient ratio Preferred Experience / Skills • Experience in a cardiovascular-focused facility or dedicated cardiovascular med/surg unit • Familiarity with telemetry monitoring and cardiovascular patient populations Why Join Us • Bi-weekly pay schedule providing consistent and reliable compensation • Opportunity to work in a specialized cardiovascular environment and expand clinical expertise
