Job Title • Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Location • Gallup, NM Schedule / Job Type • Full-time, day shifts, 3 shifts per week Key Responsibilities • Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing facility. • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by medical staff. • Monitor patient conditions and document health statuses accurately. • Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement care plans. • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies. Required Qualifications • Valid LVN or LPN license in the state of New Mexico. • Basic life support (BLS) certification. • Strong clinical skills and attention to detail. • Ability to communicate effectively with patients and team members. • Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred.
