Job Title • Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) / Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) Location • Camden, ME Schedule / Job Type • Full-time, Night shifts, 12.5 hours per shift, 3 shifts per week Key Responsibilities • Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting • Monitor and document residents' health status and report changes to the healthcare team • Assist with daily activities and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to meet resident needs • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed within scope of practice • Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and safety protocols Required Qualifications • Valid LPN or LVN license in the state of Maine • Proven experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility preferred • Strong patient care and communication skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and safety standards Preferred Experience / Skills • Previous night shift experience in a LTC/SNF environment • CPR and First Aid certification Why Join Us • Opportunity to work in a supportive team environment focused on quality resident care • Consistent night shifts with predictable schedule
