Job Title Registered Nurse – Medical Surgical / Telemetry Location Mayfield Heights, OH | Acute Care Schedule / Job Type Contract | Nights | 3x12-hour shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) Key Responsibilities • Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical / Telemetry unit during night shift hours • Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and telemetry data for assigned patients • Administer medications safely and accurately in accordance with facility protocols • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans • Complete required facility orientation modules, assessments, and annual competency requirements as applicable Required Qualifications • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license — permanent Ohio license or compact state license required; must be in hand at time of submission • AHA BLS certification required; must be active and in hand at time of submission • AHA ACLS certification required; must be active and in hand at time of submission • Minimum of 12 months permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience required • One professional reference from a manager, assistant nurse manager, supervisor, or director in the applicable specialty from an assignment worked within the past 12 months is required (co-worker references will not be accepted) • Locals are welcome and accepted Preferred Experience / Skills • Experience gained within a single facility or location (combined experience across locations is considered) • Familiarity with ECG rhythm recognition and medication safety assessment processes • Background free of open license or background check issues, as these are reviewed during the credentialing process Why Join Us • Expected 36 hours per week with a structured night shift schedule in a well-established acute care environment • Opportunity to work within a recognized health system with potential for contract extensions up to 18 months
