Job Title LTC Registered Nurse (RN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Location La Crosse, WI | Skilled Nursing Facility Schedule / Job Type Contract (13 Weeks) | Night Shift | 8-Hour and 12-Hour Shifts Available | Onsite Key Responsibilities • Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting during night shift hours • Assess, monitor, and document resident health status and changes in condition • Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized care plans • Ensure compliance with long-term care regulations and facility policies throughout each shift Required Qualifications • Active RN or LPN license in the state of Wisconsin (or compact eligibility) • Experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting • Ability to work night shifts, including both 8-hour and 12-hour shift options • Current BLS/CPR certification Preferred Experience / Skills • Prior travel or contract nursing experience • Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems used in long-term care environments • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills in a geriatric or LTC population Why Join Us • Expected 40 hours per week providing consistent, stable work throughout the duration of the contract • Flexible shift options (8-hour and 12-hour nights) to support work-life balance during your assignment
