Job Title Travel RN – Cardiovascular ICU (CVICU) Location Plano, Texas Schedule / Job Type Contract | Travel | 13-Week Assignment | Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Onsite | Projected Start: August 24, 2026 Key Responsibilities • Provide direct patient care in a Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU) setting • Monitor and assess critically ill cardiovascular patients throughout night shift hours • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement patient care plans • Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with physician orders and established protocols • Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in the medical record Required Qualifications • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the state of Texas or a compact state • Minimum of 1 year of ICU nursing experience • Experience in a Cardiovascular ICU (CVICU) or similar critical care specialty • Current BLS certification required; ACLS preferred • Ability to work 12-hour night shifts in a fast-paced critical care environment Preferred Experience / Skills • Prior travel nursing experience • Familiarity with cardiovascular monitoring equipment and hemodynamic management • CCRN or other relevant critical care certification Why Join Us • Opportunity to gain valuable experience in a high-acuity cardiovascular critical care environment • Supportive travel nursing placement with a defined 13-week contract and a clear start date
