Job Title Physical Therapist Location Olympia, WA | Outpatient Schedule / Job Type Contract | Full-Time | Days | 5x8-hour shifts | Expected 40 hours/week Key Responsibilities • Evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient physical therapy setting • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory requirements • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support patient progress and outcomes • Adhere to all credentialing and compliance requirements prior to and throughout the assignment Required Qualifications • Active Physical Therapist license in Washington State or a qualifying Compact License (WA and AK compact licenses accepted) • Previous experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting • Ability to fulfill credentialing and contract quality assurance requirements • Minimum 13-week commitment required; 26-week commitment available Preferred Experience / Skills • Experience working in a high-volume outpatient clinic environment • Familiarity with electronic medical records and clinical documentation systems Why Join Us • Equipment is provided and parking details will be shared upon start — making for a smooth onboarding experience • Overtime may be available; billing is processed on a weekly cycle for consistent pay cadence
