Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – (CCC) Primary Purpose: Provide speech-language therapy services to students with communication disorders, helping them succeed in their educational program. Position Details: Location: Bunnell, FL Pay: Starting at $37-43/hr+ Schedule: May vary based on location Qualifications: • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology • FL SLP License (FLBSLP) • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCC) Skills & Experience: • Knowledge of assessment tools, therapy strategies, and behavior management • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills • Ability to meet deadlines • 1+ year of supervised clinical experience Responsibilities: • Evaluate and provide therapy for students with speech/language disorders • Develop and implement IEP goals and track student progress • Participate in ARD meetings and collaborate with teachers and parents • Provide training to school staff on communication strategies • Maintain records and ensure compliance with state/federal guidelines • Supervise SLP assistants when assigned Work Environment: • School-based setting with occasional travel • Requires standing, sitting, and occasional lifting (up to 45 lbs.) • Must handle interruptions and maintain emotional control under stress
