Travel - LVN/LPN Med Surg/Tele (683) Location: Alexandria, LA Schedule / Job Type: Travel; Nights, 12-hour shifts, 13-week contract Key Responsibilities: • Provide skilled nursing care to patients in a Med Surg/Tele setting. • Monitor and document patient conditions accurately and promptly. • Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. • Adhere to all safety, compliance, and facility protocols. • Maintain clear and comprehensive patient records. Required Qualifications: • Valid LVN or LPN license. • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience. • Ability to work night shifts and 12-hour shifts. • Willingness to travel within a 50-mile radius of Alexandria, LA. • Strong communication and teamwork skills. Preferred Experience / Skills: • Experience in telemetry units preferred. • Previous travel nursing experience is a plus.
