Job Title Physical Therapist Location Racine, WI | Outpatient Schedule / Job Type Contract | Days | 5 x 8-hour shifts | Expected 40 hours/week (32 hours/week during holiday weeks) Key Responsibilities • Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting • Complete required documentation in accordance with facility and contractual standards • Deliver evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs and goals • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support patient progress and outcomes Required Qualifications • Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Wisconsin (compact licensure may be accepted initially, but permanent Wisconsin licensure must be obtained promptly) • Experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting • Ability to meet facility credentialing and contract QA requirements prior to assignment start • Candidates who have worked permanently or PRN at this facility within the past year are not eligible for this assignment Preferred Experience / Skills • Prior travel therapy experience • Strong documentation skills and ability to adapt to facility-specific systems Why Join Us • Parking and dress code information provided upon start — onboarding support included • Opportunity to work in a structured outpatient environment with a consistent daytime schedule
