Job Title • Physical Therapist Location • Shepherdsville, KY Schedule / Job Type • Full-time, Days shift, 8 hours per shift Key Responsibilities • Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a diverse patient population, including post-op and general outpatient diagnoses. • Manage a productivity expectation of approximately 12-14 patient visits per day, with adjustments for follow-up visit double-booking. • Document patient progress and treatment plans in compliance with facility and industry standards. • Collaborate with clinical team members to ensure optimal patient care and service delivery. • Participate in scheduled staffing expectations, working up to 40 hours per week, with 36 hours guaranteed. • Float to other clinics is not required; work is primarily at the Shepherdsville location. Required Qualifications • Valid license or certification to practice as a Physical Therapist in Kentucky. • Outpatient therapy experience preferred. • Ability to manage a high-volume outpatient caseload effectively. Preferred Experience / Skills • Previous outpatient setting experience is highly desirable. • Experience working with a broad age range, from high school to retirement age. • Ability to handle a fast-paced environment with a productivity requirement of 60 visits per week.
