Job Title Registered Nurse – Labor & Delivery Location Clarksville, TN | Acute Care Schedule / Job Type Contract | Full-Time | Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | 12-Hour Shifts | Onsite Key Responsibilities • Provide direct patient care in a Labor & Delivery unit with a 14-bed capacity and nurse-to-patient ratios of 1:1–2 • Maintain flexibility to meet unit staffing needs; no block schedule is offered • Circulate as required within the Labor & Delivery setting • Float to support Helping Hands in NICU and Postpartum as needed • Document and manage patient care using Cerner and GE Centricity EMR systems • Work required weekend shifts as determined by unit scheduling Required Qualifications • Active Tennessee RN license or multistate (Compact) RN license • BLS certification required • NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification required • Fetal Monitoring certification required • ACLS certification required • Minimum of 2 years of Labor & Delivery experience • Prior travel nursing experience required • Ability to circulate within the Labor & Delivery unit Preferred Experience / Skills • Experience with Cerner and/or GE Centricity EMR platforms • Familiarity with NICU and Postpartum care settings • Demonstrated ability to adapt to varying patient populations and staffing demands Why Join Us • Opportunity to work in a dynamic Labor & Delivery unit with a collaborative care team in a supportive clinical environment • Surgical scrubs are provided on-site
