Job Title Registered Nurse – Labor & Delivery Location Clarksville, TN | Acute Care Schedule / Job Type Contract | 12-Hour Night Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Must be flexible to meet unit staffing needs — no block schedule offered | Weekends required Key Responsibilities • Provide direct patient care in a Labor & Delivery unit with a 1:1–2 nurse-to-patient ratio on a 14-bed unit • Perform and interpret fetal monitoring throughout patient care • Circulate as required within the Labor & Delivery setting • Float to support Helping Hands in NICU and Postpartum as needed • Document and manage patient care using Cerner and GE Centricity EMR systems Required Qualifications • Minimum of 2 years of Labor & Delivery experience • Prior travel nursing experience required • Active Tennessee RN license or multistate (Compact) RN license required at time of submission • BLS certification required at time of submission • NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification required at time of submission • Fetal Monitoring certification and ACLS required at time of submission Preferred Experience / Skills • Experience floating to NICU or Postpartum settings • Familiarity with Cerner and/or GE Centricity EMR platforms • Ability to adapt quickly to evolving unit schedules and staffing needs Why Join Us • Surgical scrubs are provided on this assignment • Opportunity to work in a dynamic Labor & Delivery environment with a collaborative care team
