Job Title Occupational Therapist (OT) Location Santa Rosa, CA Schedule / Job Type Contract | Rotating Shifts Key Responsibilities • Evaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans • Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional abilities and independence • Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care • Educate patients and families on therapeutic techniques and home exercise programs Required Qualifications • Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the state of California • NBCOT certification required • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program • Current BLS/CPR certification Preferred Experience / Skills • Prior experience in a hospital or acute care setting • Strong documentation and clinical assessment skills • Ability to adapt to rotating shift schedules Why Join Us • Expected 36 hours per week with an immediate start date available • Opportunity to work in a dynamic clinical environment in Northern California
