Job Title Registered Nurse – Medical Surgical Location Devils Lake, ND Schedule / Job Type Contract | Rotating Shifts | 3x12-hour shifts per week | Expected 36 hours/week Key Responsibilities • Provide direct patient care in a Medical Surgical setting across rotating shifts, including days, evenings, and nights • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes • Monitor and document patient conditions, treatments, and responses to care • Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols Required Qualifications • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Dakota or a compact state license accepted in ND • Current BLS certification • Ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts, including days, evenings, and nights • Prior experience in a Medical Surgical nursing environment Preferred Experience / Skills • Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems • Strong critical thinking and clinical assessment skills • Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced inpatient environment Why Join Us • Opportunity to gain valuable experience in a Medical Surgical setting through a contract placement with a supportive staffing partner • Consistent weekly hours with a structured rotating schedule
