Job Title Med/Surg RN | Nights Location Carlinville, IL Schedule / Job Type Contract | Nights | Onsite Key Responsibilities • Provide direct patient care in a Medical/Surgical setting during night shift hours • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans • Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols • Monitor and document patient progress, changes in condition, and responses to treatment • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure continuity and quality of patient care Required Qualifications • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Illinois or a compact license • Experience in a Medical/Surgical nursing environment • Current BLS certification required Preferred Experience / Skills • Prior travel or contract nursing experience • Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems • Strong critical thinking and clinical assessment skills Why Join Us • Opportunity to gain diverse clinical experience in a Med/Surg setting through a contract placement • Work with a supportive staffing team dedicated to matching you with the right opportunity
