Job Title Registered Nurse – Telemetry Location Glenview, IL | Acute Care Schedule / Job Type Contract | 8-Week Assignment | Full-Time | Nights (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) | 12-Hour Shifts | Every-Other Weekend Required Key Responsibilities • Provide direct nursing care to telemetry and medical-surgical patients, including boarded patients within the ED environment • Continuously monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and telemetry data; passing EKG competency test required • Float to other medical-surgical units as census and staffing needs dictate • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care • Adhere to holiday coverage requirements as needed Required Qualifications • Active Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) license required • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required • Passing EKG test required at time of submission • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a telemetry or medical-surgical setting • New graduates are not eligible for this position • Must be able to work every-other weekend and holidays as needed Preferred Experience / Skills • 4 or more years of RN experience in telemetry or medical-surgical care • Experience with Epic electronic health records system Why Join Us • Opportunity to work in a dynamic acute care environment with exposure to both medical-surgical and ED-adjacent patient populations • Biweekly payroll with a straightforward credentialing and onboarding process
