Job Title • Registered Nurse - LTC/SNF Location • Sioux Falls, SD Schedule / Job Type • Rotating shifts, full-time Key Responsibilities • Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in Long-Term Care (LTC) and Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF). • Monitor patient health and record signs, symptoms, and observations. • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans. • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies. • Document all patient interactions and care activities accurately. Required Qualifications • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of South Dakota. • Current CPR and First Aid certifications. • Proven experience in LTC and/or SNF settings. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work rotating shifts and adapt to changing schedules. Preferred Experience / Skills • Prior experience working in a skilled nursing or long-term care environment. • Knowledge of electronic health record (EHR) systems. • BLS certification.
