Job Title Registered Nurse – Medical Surgical Location Devils Lake, ND Schedule / Job Type Contract | Rotating Shifts | 5 x 8-hour shifts per week | Expected 40 hours/week Key Responsibilities • Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical unit across rotating shifts, including days, evenings, and nights • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans • Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols • Monitor and document patient progress, changes in condition, and responses to treatment • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes Required Qualifications • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Dakota or a compact state license that is valid for practice in ND • Experience in Medical Surgical nursing • Ability to work rotating shifts, including days, evenings, and nights • Current BLS certification required Preferred Experience / Skills • Prior travel or contract nursing experience • Strong adaptability and ability to integrate quickly into new care environments • Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems Why Join Us • Opportunity to gain diverse clinical experience through contract placement in a supportive Medical Surgical setting • Work with a staffing team dedicated to matching you with the right opportunity and supporting you throughout your assignment
