Job Title Physical Therapist – Outpatient Rehabilitation Location Lincoln, IL | Outpatient Rehabilitation Schedule / Job Type Contract | Days | Flexible scheduling available (8-hour or 10-hour shifts) | 4x10 schedule (6:45 AM – 5:00 PM) | No weekends Key Responsibilities • Provide outpatient physical therapy evaluation and treatment services to a diverse patient population • Document patient progress and clinical notes using Cerner electronic health records • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in alignment with patient goals and clinical best practices • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams within a Critical Access facility setting • Float within the hospital or to nearby affiliate facilities as needed Required Qualifications • Active Illinois Physical Therapist license, in hand at time of submission • BLS certification required (AHA or Red Cross accepted; RQI cards not accepted) • Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience required • First-time travelers are welcome to apply • Local candidates are accepted; no radius restriction applies Preferred Experience / Skills • Prior experience in an outpatient rehabilitation setting • Familiarity with Cerner electronic health records • Experience working in a Critical Access or small community hospital environment Why Join Us • Flexible scheduling options and no weekend requirements offer a strong work-life balance • Complimentary on-site parking available for the duration of the assignment
