Job Title Physical Therapist Location Tucson, AZ | Outpatient Schedule / Job Type Contract | Full-Time | Days | 5 x 8-hour shifts | Expected 40 hours/week | Onsite Key Responsibilities • Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting • Evaluate, assess, and develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs • Deliver therapeutic interventions and monitor patient progress throughout the course of care • Complete required clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support patient outcomes Required Qualifications • Active Physical Therapist license required; compact license accepted at start but permanent Arizona license must be obtained promptly • Experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting • Candidates who have worked permanently or PRN at this facility within the past year are not eligible for this assignment • Must provide proof of license application within 5 business days of booking if licensure is pending Preferred Experience / Skills • Prior travel therapy experience in an outpatient environment • Strong documentation and clinical assessment skills • Ability to adapt quickly to facility-specific workflows and systems Why Join Us • Parking and dress code information provided upon start, with full onboarding support throughout your assignment • Completion bonus may be available for eligible candidates who meet qualifying criteria and start date requirements
