Job Title Registered Nurse – Telemetry Location Liberty, MO Schedule / Job Type Contract | Full-Time | Days, 12-Hour Shifts (6:45 AM – 7:15 PM) | Every other weekend required | Holidays required unless approved time off requested Key Responsibilities • Provide direct patient care in a Telemetry unit setting, monitoring cardiac rhythms and responding to changes in patient condition • Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with physician orders and nursing standards • Document patient assessments, care plans, and outcomes accurately in the EMR system (Altera Sunrise) • Float to other units as required based on staffing needs • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe, high-quality patient outcomes • Maintain compliance with all facility policies, including nicotine-free workplace requirements Required Qualifications • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required • Minimum 1 year of Telemetry RN experience • Must be willing and able to float to other units as needed • New graduates are not eligible for this position Preferred Experience / Skills • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred • Experience with Cerner or similar EMR platforms (Altera Sunrise, formerly Allscripts, is noted to be very similar to Cerner) Why Join Us • Bi-weekly pay schedule for consistent and reliable compensation • Structured orientation program designed to set you up for success before transitioning to the unit
