Job Title Physical Therapy Assistant Location Baltimore, MD | Outpatient Schedule / Job Type Contract | Full-Time | Days | 5x8-hour shifts | Expected 40 hours/week Key Responsibilities • Assist in the delivery of physical therapy treatments and interventions under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist • Complete required clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner • Support patient progress through consistent implementation of established treatment plans • Communicate effectively with the supervising Physical Therapist regarding patient status and progress • Maintain compliance with facility credentialing and documentation requirements prior to and during assignment Required Qualifications • Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license — must obtain permanent state licensure promptly if beginning assignment on a compact license • Prior experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting • Ability to meet facility-specific credentialing and documentation requirements before assignment start • Candidates who have worked permanently or PRN at this facility within the past year are not eligible for this assignment Preferred Experience / Skills • Experience working in a high-volume outpatient orthopedic or physical therapy clinic • Strong documentation skills and familiarity with electronic medical records • Ability to adapt quickly to facility-specific workflows and protocols Why Join Us • Equipment and parking information provided upon start, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience • Opportunity to work in a structured outpatient setting with an established clinical team
