Job Title Social Worker (MSW) Location Everett, WA | Acute Care Schedule / Job Type Contract | 13 Weeks | Days, 5x8 Hours (7:30–16:00) | Every other weekend required | Must commit to working 3 of 5 designated holidays Key Responsibilities • Provide social work services across all areas of a Level II Trauma Center, including potential floating between two nearby campuses (less than 2 miles apart) • Perform discharge planning and care coordination to support patient transitions • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams across units including Med/Surg, ED, and long-length-of-stay populations • Document accurately and efficiently using Epic EMR • Participate in weekend rotation and holiday coverage as scheduled Required Qualifications • Master of Social Work (MSW) degree • Active Washington State Social Work License required — pending licensure not accepted • BLS certification required • Minimum 1 year of experience; first-time travelers not accepted — previous travel experience required • Acute care experience required • Discharge planning and care coordination experience required • Epic EMR experience required • Must live more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible Preferred Experience / Skills • Diverse case management experience across Med/Surg, ED, and long-length-of-stay settings • Experience with AIDA EMR • Comfort working across multiple campus locations within a large health system Why Join Us • Work within a high-acuity Level II Trauma Center environment offering broad clinical exposure across multiple service areas • Facility-paid parking and expected 72 hours of work per two-week period
