Job Title • Registered Nurse (RN) – LTC/SNF Location • Fairmont, WV Schedule / Job Type • Night shifts, part-time (Shifts per week not specified) Key Responsibilities • Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents in Long-Term Care and Skilled Nursing Facilities. • Monitor patient health, record vital signs, and administer medications as prescribed. • Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and update care plans. • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards. • Document patient progress and report any changes to the supervising physician or team. • Respond promptly to resident needs and emergencies during assigned shift. Required Qualifications • Valid registered nurse (RN) license in the state of West Virginia. • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. • Proven experience in LTC/SNF settings preferred. • Ability to work 12.5-hour night shifts reliably. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Preferred Experience / Skills • Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems. • Knowledge of federal and state healthcare regulations.
