Job Title Registered Nurse – Medical/Surgical Location Great Bend, KS Schedule / Job Type Contract | Days, 06:45–19:15 | Onsite Key Responsibilities • Provide direct patient care in a Medical/Surgical unit setting • Monitor and manage patients receiving continuous IV drip medications within scope of practice • Float within scope to the Emergency Department as needed • Fulfill weekend requirements of two weekends per month • Participate in on-call rotation of one shift per month and holiday rotation as scheduled Required Qualifications • Active Kansas RN license or valid Compact RN license • American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification • American Heart Association (AHA) Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification • Minimum of one year of hospital Medical/Surgical experience • New graduates will not be considered Preferred Experience / Skills • Experience managing continuous IV drip medications such as Heparin, Insulin, Amiodarone, and Cardizem • Familiarity with Emergency Department workflows and patient population Why Join Us • Weekly virtual orientation available for a smooth onboarding experience • Biweekly pay with a consistent, structured contract schedule
