Job Title Registered Nurse – Telemetry Location Olathe, KS | Acute Care Schedule / Job Type Contract | 13 Weeks | Nights (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) | 3 x 12-hour shifts per week | Every other weekend required | Holiday coverage based on unit needs Key Responsibilities • Provide direct patient care on a Cardiac Telemetry unit • Manage and monitor patients on cardiac drips including Heparin, Lasix, and Cardizem • Assist with TR Band management for patients coming straight from procedure • Participate in the Tikosyn/Sotalol initiation process • Float to all acute care units as needed • Attend multi-day onboarding orientation including on-site and virtual Epic training Required Qualifications • Active Kansas RN License required • Current BLS certification required • Minimum 1 year of recent Telemetry experience • Some experience with TR Bands straight from procedure • Some experience with cardiac drips (Heparin, Lasix, Cardizem, and similar) • Some experience with Tikosyn/Sotalol initiation process Preferred Experience / Skills • 2–5 years of Telemetry nursing experience • Familiarity with Epic EMR • Experience in an acute care hospital setting Why Join Us • Opportunity to work in a dynamic cardiac telemetry environment with a supportive clinical team • Structured onboarding process designed to set travelers up for success from day one
