Job Title Registered Nurse – Emergency Room Location Arlington Heights, IL | Emergency Room Schedule / Job Type Contract | Full-Time | 12-Hour Shifts | Nights | Rotating Weekends Key Responsibilities • Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Room setting • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for emergency patients • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes • Participate in rotating weekend coverage and some holiday commitment • Complete required orientation, including system training and floor orientation Required Qualifications • Active Illinois RN License • BLS/CPR certification required • ACLS certification required • NIHSS certification required • PALS certification required • TNCC or TNS certification required • Minimum 2 years of Emergency Room experience • Epic EMR experience required • New graduates are not eligible for this position Preferred Experience / Skills • 4 or more years of Emergency Room experience • Strong ability to manage high-acuity patients in a dynamic environment Why Join Us • Opportunity to work in a well-supported Emergency Room environment with an 8–12 week contract engagement • Consistent night shift schedule with expected full-time hours of 36 hours per week
