Job Title RN – Emergency Room Location Irving, TX | Acute Care Schedule / Job Type Full-Time | Direct Hire | Onsite | Afternoon/Mid Shift (3:00 PM – 3:00 AM) Key Responsibilities • Provide direct patient care within a fast-paced Emergency Department setting • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for emergency patients across the acuity spectrum • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver timely and effective emergency interventions • Maintain accurate and thorough patient documentation in accordance with facility standards • Adhere to all clinical protocols, safety standards, and regulatory requirements Required Qualifications • Graduate of an accredited nursing program with a specialization in nursing • Active RN license in the state of Texas or compact eligibility • Minimum of 1 year of Emergency Department (ED) experience • BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required within 30 days of hire • ENPC (Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course) and TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) certifications required Preferred Experience / Skills • Experience in a high-volume or Level I/II trauma emergency department • Strong critical thinking and clinical decision-making skills in emergent situations • Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems Why Join Us • Opportunity to join a well-established acute care facility and advance your emergency nursing career in a supportive clinical environment • Full-time, permanent placement offering long-term stability and professional growth
