Job Title Registered Nurse – Emergency Room Location Irving, TX | Acute Care Schedule / Job Type Full-Time | Direct Hire | Onsite | Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) Key Responsibilities • Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Department setting • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for emergency patients • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments and interventions • Adhere to established clinical protocols, safety standards, and regulatory requirements Required Qualifications • Graduate of an accredited nursing program • Active RN license in the state of Texas (or compact eligibility) • Minimum of 1 year of Emergency Department (ED) experience • BLS – Basic Life Support certification (required within 30 days of hire) • ENPC (Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course) certification required • TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) certification required Preferred Experience / Skills • Experience in a high-volume or Level I/II trauma emergency department • Strong critical thinking and triage assessment skills • Ability to thrive in a high-acuity, fast-paced clinical environment Why Join Us • Opportunity to join a well-established acute care facility with a dedicated Emergency Department team • Full-time, permanent placement offering long-term career stability and growth
