Job Title • Registered Nurse – Emergency Department (Nights) Location • Rowlett, TX Schedule / Job Type • Full-time, Nights, 12-hour shifts, 3 shifts per week Key Responsibilities • Provide high-quality nursing care to emergency department patients in a fast-paced environment • Assess patient conditions, develop care plans, and implement treatments accordingly • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes • Document patient information accurately and maintain compliance with hospital policies • Support mentoring and education initiatives within the emergency department Required Qualifications • Graduation from an accredited nursing program • Minimum of 2 years of RN experience in an Emergency Department setting • Valid RN license • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (or obtain within 30 days of start date) Preferred Experience / Skills • Prior experience working with high-acuity patients in a fast-paced ED environment • Strong critical thinking and communication skills Why Join Us • Be part of a dedicated team committed to providing exceptional emergency care • Opportunities for professional growth in a supportive learning environment
