Job Title Physical Therapist - Outpatient Location Santa Cruz, California Schedule / Job Type Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Days | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Key Responsibilities • Evaluate and treat outpatient physical therapy patients across a full-time 40-hour work week • Manage an average caseload of approximately 14 patients per day in an outpatient clinical setting • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient evaluation findings • Document patient progress, treatment interventions, and outcomes in accordance with facility and regulatory standards • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care Required Qualifications • Active Physical Therapist license in the state of California • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program • Current CPR/BLS certification • Ability to manage a full outpatient caseload in a fast-paced clinical environment Preferred Experience / Skills • Prior experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting • Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems Why Join Us • Opportunity to work a consistent, structured Monday–Friday daytime schedule in a stable outpatient environment • Join a team of clinicians dedicated to delivering high-quality patient care in a supportive setting
