Job Title Physical Therapist - Outpatient Location Pinole, California Schedule / Job Type Contract | Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM | Onsite Key Responsibilities • Evaluate and treat an average of 14 outpatient patients per day • Develop and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans • Monitor and document patient progress throughout the course of treatment • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality patient care • Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and home programs Required Qualifications • Active Physical Therapist license in the state of California • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program • Current CPR/BLS certification • Ability to manage a full outpatient caseload in a fast-paced clinical setting Preferred Experience / Skills • Prior experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting • Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) documentation Why Join Us • Consistent, predictable Monday–Friday daytime schedule with no evenings or weekends • Opportunity to work in a structured outpatient environment with an established patient population
