USA Recruitment Consultant – Deep Tech   Our US division is expanding! We’re looking for a Recruitment Consultant to focus on deep tech roles in North America. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a growing market and play a key part in our international strategy.   What you’ll be doing Developing a strong client base across semiconductors, software, AI, quantum and photonics in the US. Building a network of specialist candidates across the States. Running the end-to-end recruitment process for permanent or contract hires. Helping grow IC Resources’ brand presence in North America.   What we’re looking for Recruitment or sales experience (ideally in technology). Driven, proactive and able to work autonomously. Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills. Interest in working across cutting-edge deep tech industries.   Why this role?
