Proven working experience as HR manager or Assistant Manager profile. Candidate should be mature and of calm nature. People oriented and results driven. Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills. Candidate should have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company. In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices. Bachelors/ Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
