Skill Set/Experience: ➢ Solid understanding of Application monitoring and troubleshooting. ➢ Experience in software and hardware troubleshooting and installation ➢ Experience with Server monitoring and troubleshooting. Windows, Linux platforms ➢ Experience using monitoring tools like Logz.io, HP OpenView, Nagios, or similar monitoring tools. ➢ Experience in Handling Clients and customer calls. ➢ Good to have prior experience in working with FinTech Applications.
