Key Responsibilities Design & Creativity • Create engaging graphics, banners, posters, brochures, flyers, and social media creatives. • Design visual content for both digital and print platforms. • Develop layouts, color schemes, typography, and visual compositions in line with brand guidelines. • Produce high-quality creatives for marketing campaigns, promotions, and branding initiatives. Branding & Visual Identity • Maintain consistency in brand visuals across all communication channels. • Assist in developing and refining brand identity elements such as logos, templates, and style guides. • Ensure all designs align with company standards and marketing strategies. Collaboration & Coordination • Work closely with marketing, content, and social media teams. • Understand design briefs clearly and deliver creative, timely solutions. • Incorporate feedback and revisions efficiently while meeting deadlines. Asset Management • Prepare final design files for publishing, printing, and digital distribution. • Organize and manage design assets systematically for easy access and reuse. Trends & Innovation • Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and industry best practices. • Suggest innovative creative ideas to enhance brand communication and visual impact. Required Skills & Qualifications • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. • Strong understanding of color theory, typography, layout design, and visual hierarchy. • Ability to create static, digital, and marketing creatives effectively. • Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills. • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet strict deadlines. • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (preferred). • 1–3 years of experience in graphic design (freshers with strong portfolios may apply).
