Warehouse Executive Job Introduction Looking for a Warehouse Executive Job in Changodar, Ahmedabad? We are hiring a Warehouse Executive cum Accountant to manage warehouse operations, inventory, billing, dispatch, customer coordination, payment follow-ups, and basic accounting activities. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of Tally/ERP, invoicing, inventory management, MS Excel, and customer handling. Warehouse Executive Job Responsibilities • Manage inward and outward materials and maintain accurate stock records. • Verify incoming materials and update inventory records. • Prepare invoices, bills, delivery challans, and dispatch documents. • Update transactions and accounting entries in Tally/ERP. • Coordinate dispatches with customers and transporters. • Follow up with customers for pending payments. • Handle enquiries related to product availability, pricing, quotations, and orders. • Coordinate with Sales and Accounts teams for order processing. • Manage export dispatch documentation and logistics coordination. • Maintain proper warehouse and accounting records. • Support basic pre-sales and customer coordination activities.
