Associate Chiropractor (New Grads Welcome) – Hamilton, OH Location: Hamilton, OH Employment Type: Full-Time Experience: Entry-level; new graduates encouraged to apply Compensation: $[XX,000]–$[XX,000] base + production bonus Position Overview We’re looking for an energetic, patient-focused Doctor of Chiropractic to join a busy, established practice in Hamilton, Ohio. This is a strong first role for a new or recent graduate who wants to build clinical confidence with mentorship, a steady patient schedule from day one, and a clear path to growing their income. Key Responsibilities • Perform patient exams, histories and assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans • Deliver chiropractic adjustments using a range of techniques (e.g., Diversified, Activator, Thompson) • Provide adjunct therapies such as soft-tissue work, therapeutic exercise and modalities • Order and review X-rays as clinically appropriate • Educate patients on posture, ergonomics, home exercise and wellness • Keep accurate, timely documentation in the EHR in line with insurance and compliance standards • Work with the front-office team on scheduling, patient retention and community outreach events Qualifications • Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree from a CCE-accredited program • Active Ohio chiropractic license, or eligible to obtain one before starting • NBCE Parts I–IV completed (or in progress for upcoming graduates) • Strong communication and people skills; comfortable building a patient base • Eager to learn, coachable, and motivated by patient outcomes • Externship or clinical rotation experience in a private practice is a plus Compensation & Benefits • Competitive base salary plus production/bonus incentives • Mentorship and clinical training from experienced chiropractors • Paid time off and paid holidays • Malpractice insurance coverage • Continuing education (CE) allowance and license renewal reimbursement • Health insurance and other benefits (details provided by your recruiter) • Established patient flow, so no need to build from scratch Why This Role?
