This is a great opportunity for a new dentist to build clinical confidence while receiving hands-on mentorship and support. This position is based in Dothan and supports both the Dothan and Enterprise offices. The preferred schedule is Tuesday–Friday, with 2 days in Dothan and 2 days in Enterprise. You'll have full clinical independence while a dedicated support team handles the business side of the practice, including clinical development, marketing, IT, HR, operations, compliance, and accounting and finance.
