About the Role As the Emergency Room Manager, you’ll provide hands-on leadership for a busy, fast-paced ED. Reporting to the interim ED Director and Chief Nursing Officer, you’ll oversee patient care delivery, staff management, and performance improvement to ensure excellence in outcomes, safety, and patient experience.
