Physical Therapist POSITION TYPE: Allied Health Professional SPECIALTY UNIT: Physical Therapist SHIFT: Days, with 2-3 evenings required JOB TYPE: Full-Time Permanent Physical Therapist About the Role We are looking for a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our people-first practice. In this role, you will work within an interdisciplinary environment to help patients overcome orthopedic and musculoskeletal challenges through evidence-based, personalized treatment. What You’ll Do • Evaluate & Treat: Conduct comprehensive evaluations for patients with various musculoskeletal conditions, providing tailored education and care. • Personalize Care: Design and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans to help patients reach their functional goals. • Collaborate: Work within a team-oriented environment to ensure a holistic approach to patient recovery. • Clinical Excellence: Efficiently manage patient documentation and clinical workflows within our EMR system while maintaining a caseload of approximately 10–12 patients per day. Qualifications • Education: Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program. • Licensure: Current or pending state licensure as a Physical Therapist. • Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. • Skills: Strong interpersonal communication and a collaborative, team-focused mindset.
