We’re seeking an experienced Healthcare Recruiter with a background in high-volume agency recruiting. This is a full-cycle recruiting role that rewards high performance with uncapped commissions and accelerated earnings as you hit key placement milestones. Location: REMOTE! Ideally works in East Coast timezone What You'll Do • Develop and execute strategies to attract, screen, and place top healthcare talent • Source, interview, and present highly qualified candidates • Manage the full recruitment process, staying connected with candidates every step of the way • Build lasting relationships with healthcare professionals to generate referrals and long-term success Daily Expectations • Minimum of 2 candidate presentations per day • Minimum of 3 successful placements per month What We're Looking For • A strong work ethic — not about hours, but productivity, focus, and results • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Competitive, financially driven professionals only • A “hunter” mindset — you're proactive, persistent, and unafraid of the phone or LinkedIn deep dives • Agency recruiting experience is required • Experience with ATS systems (LOXO experience is a plus) • Clinical background (RN, Allied Health) with recruiting experience is a bonus, but not required Compensation • 100% commission-based • Additional commissions for client development and new business.
