Key Responsibilities • Full-Desk Executive Search: Execute full-lifecycle direct-sourcing and placement strategies for full-time, permanent Physical Therapists, PTAs, and related clinical professionals across outpatient, acute, and rehab settings nationwide. • Passive Candidate Sourcing: Proactively hunt, engage, and pitch passive candidates through direct outreach, networking, and cold calling rather than relying on job board applicants. • Relationship Management: Build and maintain deep candidate pipelines, conducting rigorous clinical and cultural screenings to ensure high-match placements for our healthcare client partners. • Pipeline Management: Maintain high activity levels using company-provided tech infrastructure, ensuring prompt candidate follow-up, interview scheduling, and offer negotiation management. • Client Alignment: Partner closely with internal search leaders to align sourcing efforts with specific client mandates, speed-to-fill targets, and geographic priorities.
