This pharmacist will work closely with physicians and advanced practice providers in managing complex patient care within the BMT/Oncology service. Requirements • Bone Marrow Transplant/Oncology experience • PGY1 Oncology training • 1+ year of experience • BLS • ACLS • BCOP preferred at hire; required within 2 years of hire • Must be available for after-hours call Position Details • 500-bed hospital • No float requirements • Pyxis • Epic EMR • No weekend hours • No holiday coverage • One opening
