Quality engineer job opening • Responsible for collaborating with engineers on problem identification and problem solution. • Communication with several departments to receive testing inputs. • Ensure all customer corrective action responses are completed, approved, and provided to customer stakeholders. • Participation and cooperation in providing information for internal and external audits regarding or related to ISO/IATF and customer standards. • Perform validation of new and existing error and mistake-proofing devices. Job Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in an engineering-related field • At least 1 year of hands-on experience in supplier quality, product development or industrial quality with knowledge of development quality tools- micrometers, calipers, gage pins, etc. • Demonstrated success in the implementation of improvement activities. • Ability to train, lead, communicate, and influence those at multiple levels. • Ability to drive standardization throughout the plant by use of core competency systems.
