What You'll Do: • Oversee delivery of tax advisory services • Provide strategic tax guidance and planning • Lead and mentor a team of tax professionals • Monitor engagement performance and efficiency • Collaborate on operational planning and budgeting • Implement process improvements and streamline workflows Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field • CPA designation or progress toward certification preferred • Extensive tax advisory experience with complex clients • Proven leadership and team management skills • Strong analytical, strategic, and communication skills • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
