Our firm is partnering with a highly regarded and growing organization to identify a Senior Manager, Tax Advisory Services to join its leadership team. What You'll Do: • Lead complex tax engagements for high-net-worth individuals and closely held businesses • Provide strategic tax planning, compliance oversight, and advisory services • Manage client relationships, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery • Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of tax professionals • Review and oversee preparation of complex tax returns and related filings • Collaborate with leadership on operational planning, resource management, and process improvements • Support budgeting, forecasting, and engagement performance management • Contribute to strategic growth initiatives and special projects Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field • CPA or EA designation required • 8+ years of progressive tax experience, including work with high-net-worth individuals and multi-entity structures • Strong technical knowledge of federal and state tax regulations • Proven leadership experience managing teams and client relationships • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
