Our firm is partnering with a growing investment management organization seeking a Senior Accountant to join its finance team. What You'll Do: • Support month-end close and financial reporting activities • Review accounting work to ensure accuracy and compliance • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis • Identify and resolve accounting issues while improving processes • Maintain strong internal controls and support audit activities • Prepare reports and documentation for management and external stakeholders • Contribute to team development and special projects Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field • 3+ years of relevant accounting experience (public accounting experience preferred) • CPA designation or progress toward certification preferred
